Tasia Singer-Cannon
Hello, my name is Tasia Singer-Cannon and I am so excited to be the toddler teacher again this year. This is my fourth year at Child's Way, and every year I love the toddler children more and more. We know how to have fun! I have been involved in childcare for eleven years. Beginning in my sophomore year of high school and ending in my senior year, I was a summer and after school nanny for five children ranging in ages from eighteen months to seven years old. This fantastic opportunity lasted for three years, until my college career began. Even today, I still have a nanny job in the afternoon and evenings.
I have had previous experience working at another childcare facility as the Pre-K assistant teacher. I am currently attending Austin Community College to pursue a degree in Sociology. I hope to transfer to Texas State next year.
My hobbies are going to concerts and live music festivals, going to Longhorn football games, spending time with good friends, reading long books, camping and going swimming at Barton Springs and at any spot I can on Austin's greenbelt.
